I only have a small group. Can I still book?
Yes. Our rate is a fixed price for exclusive hire of the whole bus.

Can we go to more than one destination?
Generally No. It is company policy that drop off is to one common destination however if it within reason Contact Us and we may be able to help.

How many passengers does your buses cater for?
Up to 14 passengers. This includes one passenger in the front.

Can we pay individually to the driver?
No. The organiser is responsible for collection and payment before the journey commences.

When do I have to confirm final numbers?
Upon booking an estimation of final numbers are required. If you have any last minute additions its not a problem as long as there is no more than 14 total passengers.

Does your buses have Air conditioning and Seat belts?
Yes. We understand it is a requirement these days for many groups in order to satisfy risk assessments.

Do I need to pay a booking fee?
Yes. $100 is payable at the time of booking to secure your requested  date and times. This is generally non refundable and deducted from the balance prior to commencing your journey. See our Conditions for more details.

Can I bring my own drinks on the bus?
Yes. No glass is allowed and generally we only allow a maximum of 2 drinks per person. An Esky is provided. BYO ice.

What happens if I cause damage or mess to the bus?
You will be charged for cleaning and/or repairs.

Can I smoke on the bus?
No. No smoking is allowed on the bus. Any disregard for this rule will result in a $50 cleaning fee and any damages caused to the bus.
